What People Are Saying…
I was so excited to read this amazing children’s author’s third book and to gift it to all the kiddos I know and love and to my crazy cousins this Christmas! The book is illustrated beautifully - so colorful and fun! It took me right back to growing up, playing and adventuring with my first best friends - my amazing cousins! What a great idea to bless children with a story that is a celebration of family connection and that also reminds adults of the magic of growing up and discovering the world with your people. It should be on every Christmas gift list and given for birthdays, showers and more! Highly recommended.

I have purchased this book three times now for long time best friends. It’s a great book to give in place of a card. Very touching. It does focus on a little girl so I have only given to my friends pregnant with little girls. Highly recommend.

A sweet story about spending the day with Dad, learning about tools, supplies, and projects. I was able to see myself as the child. I didn't often go to the hardware store with my dad, but I did spend countless hours with him in his workshop, learning the basics of carpentry, how to safely use power tools, and just spending time talking about so many things! My strongest memories of my dad involve working with tools while having heart-to-heart conversations. This book would be a great book for parents with young children, giving them a possible starting point to bonding over special projects, whether it's carpentry, cooking, or whatever a parent's talent is. Had this book been around when my son was young, I could have bundled it with his first toolbox, encouraging reading as well as working with his hands. Natasa does a good job of telling a simple story with strong messages, and I highly recommend this book.
